All orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that many Rossario George pieces are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order as part of our commitment to sustainability. In these cases, processing times may be extended, and timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.


Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–7 business days after processing

  • International: 7–14 business days after processing

We occasionally offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout or during special campaigns.


Made-to-Order & Couture
For made-to-order, couture, or custom pieces, please allow additional time for production. Estimated timelines will be provided upon purchase, as each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


International Shipping & Duties
Rossario George proudly ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.


Lost or Delayed Shipments
