RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want to make your return process as smooth as possible. Rossario George items can be returned within 15 days of your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached (if applicable).
• Shoes should be returned with unmarked soles in their original, undamaged box, as it is part of the product. For the best fit, we recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface.

Items not eligible for return:

• Personalized items, due to their made-to-order nature.
• Used cosmetics or skincare products.

Special Note: If your product arrives damaged, we’ll gladly issue a refund or provide an exchange.

Please note that returns showing signs of damage, stains, washing, or alterations cannot be accepted.
